What is the Digital Intake Program?

Sharing your medical information ahead of the appointment will allow us to focus on assessment and treatment in clinic and shorten your appointment time. Your clinician will have ample time to review your information and ask for clarifications during the appointment, and then appropriately assess and give you a diagnosis, followed by treatment. 

Sometimes it can be hard to provide all the pertinent information required during an appointment, or often times, people leave feeling they forgot to mention a crucial detail. With the DAP, you will be encouraged to share all pertinent information in as much detail as you would like to, so that the therapist can provide you with the best care possible.

Pricing for these appointments is $120 for 30 minutes, and these are currently being offered at our Airdrie Location. If you do prefer a longer appointment and want to discuss your medical history in person you will still have the option to book for an appointment that is up to 60 minutes, for $185.
