    Pre-conception + outside of pregnancy

Helping prevent issues during pregnancy by setting you up with the right tools. Strengthen your pelvic floor, core, backs, and hips to be ready for when you become pregnant. OR, you may have issues that are typically related to pregnancy/babies but are not trying or have never had kids. Worry not, you are not alone. We see women day in and out with these issues and they need to be discussed more. Let us help you.

Labour prep is a big part of pregnancy, to make it easier on your body and to help prevent issues postpartum. We will help you learn perineal massage, pushing techniques, kegels, avoid abdominal separation and strengthen your back and core.

Postpartum (doesn't matter how many years after)

Return to your normal daily activities and exercise without pelvic issues with our postpartum exams. We check for prolapse, abdominal separation, muscle strength and tell you what to do and what not to do so you are safe. Or, it might have been years since you've had kids and you are having issues...which we can help resolve.

    Peri-Menopause, Menopause, and After

As hormones change, things "down there" can change as well, but, there is so much we can do. This can be alongside any medical treatments you may have going on or to prevent medical procedures.
