We see women day in and out with these issues and they need to be discussed more. Let us help you.

    Prenatal

Labour prep is a big part of pregnancy, to make it easier on your body and to help prevent issues postpartum. We will help you learn perineal massage, pushing techniques, kegels, avoid abdominal separation and strengthen your back and core.

Postpartum (doesn't matter how many years after)

Return to your normal daily activities and exercise without pelvic issues with our postpartum exams. We check for prolapse, abdominal separation, muscle strength and tell you what to do and what not to do so you are safe. Or, it might have been years since you've had kids and you are having issues...which we can help resolve.
