If you have several concerns, please book a 60 minute appointment. If you choose to book a shorter appointment, and once we review your intake form, if we need to extend your appointment to accommodate extensive medical issues and mobility/pain, we will contact you.

Please note a credit card is required to be on file to confirm your appointment. An e-mail with a secure link will be sent to collect this information after you book, and must be returned within 24 hours, along with the intake form.
