This is for someone who wants to focus, grow, and specialize in pelvic floor physiotherapy within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

Who this role is for

This role is ideal for a new grad or early-career physiotherapist who:

  • Values mentorship and is looking for a clear path forward
  • Is looking for a clinic to grow within as a long term full-time employee

What you’ll gain

  • 1:1 mentorship with Nav Grewal (10+ years pelvic health experience)
  • Support in developing your pelvic caseload from the ground up
  • A structured path toward clinical growth and potential leadership
  • A team environment focused on patient outcomes and continuous learning
  • A collaborative, easy-going clinic environment where you can learn, ask questions freely, and genuinely enjoy coming to work

As your practice grows, you'll have the opportunity to step into leadership roles, take on greater responsibility, and help shape the future of the clinic.

Requirements

  • Willingness to train and roster in internal pelvic health
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
